CONDITIONS OF USE

Welcome to our online store! Teleflora and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. ​


DELIVERY

Delivery of all ordered products is carried out by our suppliers, our branded vehicles, or by courier service. (Unless otherwise agreed).

In case the client insists that we deliver the arrangement, regardless of the distance to the place where it is delivered, the client will bear additional costs, according to the distance.

The cost of delivery is paid during online purchase and the price of delivery is incorporated in price of every arrangement. During takeover the recipient of the arrangement is obliged to sign the address book. Only in the case of payment by delivery, payment of the order form is made by the supplier at the time of the takeover of the arrangement, and this option is only available in the territory of Belgrade and is paid in cash in dinars. If you have selected the option to pay through the account, the delivery of the ordered products is done after recording your payment. The arrangement is delivered on the date you selected when you purchased.

Working time on the territory of Belgrade is:

Monday-Friday from 09:00-19:00h

Saturday from 09:00-16:00h

Sunday from 10:00-16:00h

On February 14 and 8, we can not guarantee delivery time. All received ordering arrangements will be delivered during the day, no later than 22 hours.


CONVERSION STATEMENT

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site. 

PRIVACY

Teleflora is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors and customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about customers / users, that is information that is necessary for operating and informing the users in accordance with good business practices and in order to provide quality service and will be available only to employees in our Internet shop.

We give customers the choice, including the ability to decide whether they want or not to be deleted from the mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All the data about users / customers is strictly kept and is only available to employees who need this information to perform their job. All employees of the Internet shop Teleflore (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL TRANSACTION INFORMATION

When entering payment card information, confidential information is transmitted through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the current state of the art cryptographic technology.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the processor of payment cards, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the complete collection process is carried out on the bank's pages. No information about the payment card is available to our system at any moment.

All items purchased from Teleflora are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Teleflora Serbia or to products you purchase through Teleflora Serbia shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Serbia, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Teleflora Serbia intellectual property rights, Teleflora Serbia may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state court of Serbia, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. 

The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Complaints and Refunds

In case you have any complaints about the product or our service, please feel free to contact us by phone or email. We will try to solve the most efficient way possible any problem that may eventually occure.

Complaints for products shipped abroad can only be submitted if the product has not been delivered or the product has been damaged. You can make a complaint by phone or mail. Contact information is located on the main site of the site. In the event that the customer's purchase on the purchased product is justified and that the seller and the customer can not otherwise agree, the buyer can return the product, while our online store will make a refund. Refunds are made exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund at the account of the cardholder at the request of the seller.

Complaints for products delivered in Serbia can only be submitted if the product has not been delivered or the product has been damaged. You can make a complaint by phone or mail. In the event that the customer's purchase of the purchased product is justified and that the seller and the buyer can not otherwise agree, the buyer can return the product, while our online store will return the money to the current account of the buyer.

In the event of the return of the arrangement and the refund to the customer who previously made a payment via any of the payment cards, in total or in a part, Teleflora doo is obliged to make a refund solely through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller Make a refund at the expense of the card user.

Complaints will not be accepted if:

- the recipient does not wish to receive the arrangement;

- the delivery address is incorrect and we do not have the appropriate contact telephone of the recipient;

- for any reason, the recipient does not like the flower arrangement, colors, etc.
