Fresh flowers are perishable goods.

According to applicable consumer protection legislation, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, including fresh flowers and floral arrangements.

Orders may be cancelled before preparation begins. Once the floral arrangement has entered production or has been handed over for delivery, cancellation is generally no longer possible.
